Roasted butternut squash, golden yukon potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, stewed over a bed of saffron rice, served with our cooling cucumber yogurt sauce

A skewer of Angus beef or chicken served with saffron rice, seasonal grilled vegetables, & cucumber yogurt dressing
