Mandoline Grill - Los Angeles

Mandoline Grill Food Truck was created by owner Mong Skillman who grew up eating traditional bánh mì sandwiches, and bowls of bún thịt nướng. The Mandoline Grill food truck was developed by Mong believing that her mother's cuisine was far too flavorful to be kept an island secret. A couple years later, she had come up with a menu that incorporated her mother's culinary essence, with a healthier style, and absolutely no MSG. The Mandoline Grill food truck now has tasty options that are 100% vegan, even the "fish" sauce. The Mandoline Grill food truck is also carnivore friendly, a real win for everyone.
