Street Foods Co food truck began its fan base selling amazing bites at the Temecula Farmers Market. Initially, the Street Foods Co food truck planned to sell skewers but the farmers market manager something different. She suggested fish tacos. The Street Food Co food truck took on the task and agreed to make fish tacos but had no idea how to do it. They took what they knew from their roots from preparing fried fish in Asia and mixed that with the famous Baja style fish taco and the recipe was formed, based on their culture, both Mexican and Far East Asia. The sauces that they make are from scratch, fresh ingredients, gluten free and with no preservatives. Accompanied by an appealing presentation, the Street Food Co food truck realized what people wanted – the food has to smell, look, and taste great starting from inception to execution.
