Ta Bom - Los Angeles

Ta Bom Food Truck is the first Brazilian food truck to hit the streets in Los Angeles. "Ta Bom!" means "It's Good!!" in Portuguese. A typical fast-food Brazilian style empanada; crisp pastry with melted mozzarella cheese.

Napolitano Pastel
A typical fast-food Brazilian style empanada; crisp pastry with melted mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes and oregano topped with grated parmesan cheese and finely chopped parsley.

Ground Beef Pastel
A typical fast-food Brazilian style empanada; crisp pastry with seasoned ground beef filling.

Coxinha Combo
Two Coxinhas + Soda Coxinhas are chicken croquettes made with seasoned shredded chicken and cream cheese, deep fried to perfection. (available in original or spicy)

Hamburgao
The ultimate hamburger, 1/3 lb pound seasoned patty, caremelized onions, fried egg, grilled corn, bacon, lettuce, tomato, potato stix, mayo, thousand island dressing on a hamburger sesame bun. (COMBO: fries & drink $11.00)

Vegan Wrap
Chunks of sweet potato mixed with black beans, chopped onions, cucumbers, roasted bell peppers, corn and vegan ranch dressing wrapped in spinach or wheat tortilla.

Chicken Sandwich
Grilled boneless chicken breast, with melted provolone cheese, roasted bell peppers, red onion, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and our homemade herb mayonnaise in a toasted sourdough bread.

Grilled Vegetable Bowl
Seasonal vegetables grilled with Brazilian herbs and spices; drizzled with teriyaki sauce and served over white rice. (add steak or chicken for an extra $2.00)

Beef Stroganoff
Braised beef, slow cooked in a creamy sauce, served over rice with potato stix.

Steak Bauru
Steak marinated and grilled with Brazilian herbs and spices, caramelized onions, melted mozzarella cheese, sliced tomato, pickles and mayo; stuffed in a toasted Italian bread.

Steak Prato Feito
6oz steak marinated and grilled with Brazilian herbs and spices, served with white rice, black beans, fried plantains, salsa and farofa (yucca flour); your choice of salad or fries and a drink.

Frango (Chicken) Prato Feito
